LegalRefund Policy
manuals.appwt.com is operated by AppWT Web & AI Solutions (AppWT LLC). All sales on this site are final and AppWT does not issue refunds, for both the digital PDF edition and the printed edition. This page is written for this shop rather than carried from elsewhere, because the AppWT Terms of Service cover services and this site also sells goods. It supplements those terms, which are published in full on the Terms page. Every statement below describes what the ordering system actually does.
The short version
All sales are final. AppWT does not issue refunds. That applies to both things sold on this site, the digital PDF edition and the printed edition, and it applies once the payment clears.
One thing is not a refund question at all. A printed book that arrives damaged, defective or is not the title ordered is a delivery failure, and it is covered further down this page.
What this page covers
manuals.appwt.com sells two different things, and each one becomes final at a different moment. This page says when that happens, and why it happens then.
- A digital edition. A PDF, delivered by email.
- A printed edition. A physical book, printed to order and shipped.
The AppWT Terms of Service govern this site and are published in full on the Terms page. Those terms are written for services. This page adds the part that is specific to selling goods, and where the two touch the same point, this page is the one that describes the shop.
Digital editions
A digital order is delivered twice over. The PDF is attached to the confirmation email, and a separate email carries a secure download link that stays live for thirty days.
A digital sale is final on delivery, because a file cannot be handed back. The download link can be switched off, and the ordering system does support that, but switching off a link does not undo a PDF that has already been saved or printed.
If either message never arrives, that is a delivery problem rather than a refund question. It is usually a filter on a work address. Write in and the file is sent again.
Printed editions
Every printed copy is made to one specification: US Letter, 8.5 by 11 inches, a premium black and white interior on 80 pound coated white stock, with a glossy cover. Binding follows length rather than preference. Under 100 pages a title is a perfect bound paperback; at 100 pages or more it is a case wrap hardcover. A title shorter than 32 pages has no printed edition at all, and checkout will say so rather than take the money.
Printed editions ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. No other destination can be selected at checkout. The delivery address is collected and validated on the payment page rather than by this site, and a phone number is collected because carriers require one.
Why a printed order cannot be canceled
A printed order reaches the printer within about five minutes of payment. Orders are queued the moment the payment clears, and a scheduled job releases that queue to the printer every five minutes, around the clock.
There is no practical window in which an order can be stopped before it is made. Each book is printed for one buyer rather than taken off a shelf, so a canceled copy would have nowhere to go. That is the reason the sale is final rather than an administrative preference.
A damaged, defective or wrong book
This is not a refund question, and the rule at the top of this page does not apply to it. A printed book that arrives damaged, defective or is not the title ordered is a failure to deliver what was paid for, not a change of mind.
Email sales@appwt.com from the address the order was placed with. Say which title and which edition it was, and attach a photograph of the problem.
AppWT will make it right. A person reads the message and replies, because this shop runs no automated returns portal or claims form. For the same reason AppWT publishes no return address, no claims deadline and no replacement window: no such rule is defined in the ordering system, and printing a number that would then have to be honored would be inventing one. Whatever is agreed is confirmed in writing before it happens.
What is not a fault
Two things come up often enough to state plainly. The printed edition is US Letter sized, which is wider and shorter than A4, and that is the intended specification rather than a printing error.
A printed order also includes the digital edition. The PDF arriving immediately while the book is still in transit is the product working as intended.
Consumers in the United Kingdom and Australia
Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom or Australia, where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payment disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe, and a card issuer has its own dispute process that operates independently of this page. AppWT does not set or control those timescales.
Writing in first is usually faster. A dispute raised without any contact tends to end the conversation rather than resolve the problem behind it.
